This Gram GIF 2000 is a high-performance continuous ice cream freezer designed for industrial-scale
production. Built in 2013, it features a rare dual product discharge pump configuration, offering enhanced
flexibility and throughput. The product pump is mounted beneath the machine, while the two discharge
pumps are front-facing, allowing for simultaneous output or dual-line production—ideal for operations
requiring high efficiency or multiple product types.
With a production capacity of up to 2000 liters per hour (approximately 528 gallons per hour), this machine
is suitable for manufacturing ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and other liquid-based frozen desserts. It
supports both Freon and Ammonia (R717) cooling systems and includes advanced controls for overrun,
mix flow, and viscosity.
