To list your equipment through Team Martin Brothers, fill out the form below which will include a detailed description of the item you wish to sell as well as images of the equipment. We’ll be in contact with you before the item is listed to finalize the details of the equipment and requirements.

Consignment Equipment Terms & Conditions

By consigning equipment to Martin Brothers Inc., the consignor agrees to the following terms:

  • Martin Brothers Inc. will market and facilitate the sale of the consigned equipment.
  • Upon successful sale, Martin Brothers Inc. will retain 10% of the final sale price as a commission.
  • The remaining 90% will be paid to the consignor within 30 days of receiving full payment from the buyer.
  • The consignor retains ownership of the equipment until sold.
  • Martin Brothers Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to consigned items while in storage or transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any removal of equipment from consignment must be requested in writing and approved in advance.

By submitting equipment for consignment, the consignor agrees to these terms.
